Themes: Some of our rooms have mature themes. Whilst we do our best to make sure the experience is fun. Some props may cause alarm, stress and anxiety. Low light or complete darkness may be a feature in the rooms.
Rooms: You agree to be in the room with multiple people. You can leave the room whenever you wish.
Liability: You agree to be liable to Lock and Roll Escape Rooms for any damage or loss caused by your actions (not within the scope of normal participation) as a participant (for example but not limited to damaging, misplacing or destroying) or caused by you to another person’s property. Lock and Roll Escape Rooms is not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
Common Sense: You must use common sense at all times to ensure your own safety.
Game play: The game does not require the use of any excessive force or physical abilities such as but not limited to running, jumping, crawling or striking. You accept that deliberate, inappropriate or excessive use of force may result in the termination of the experience without refund and will make you liable for any damages or loss.
Game Assistants: Game assistants will be available via phone at any time during your session. They do not guarantee you will escape or succeed in your session and are there to assist only.
Confidentiality: You are bound to keep all details of the experience confidential as to preserve the experience for others. Without permission from Lock and Roll Escape Rooms you agree not to disclose videos, photos, business or technical information of the experience for example but not limited to game play, puzzle design, room design and puzzle solutions.
Refusal of Entry: Lock and Roll Escape Rooms reserves the right to refuse entry to you if it is deemed that you are a danger to yourself, others or Lock and Roll Escape Rooms staff or facilities.
Medical Treatment: You authorise Lock and Roll Escape Rooms to take any necessary steps required to protect your welfare in the case of personal injury and you agree to cover the costs of any medical treatment or ambulance transportation.
Safety Signs: You agree to adhere to any safety signs placed around the venue or instructions directed at all times.
Age Limits: Persons under the age of 14 are permitted entry into the Lock and Roll experience however they must be accompanied by at least one authorised guardian. The authorised guardian agrees to supervise the persons under the age of 14 at all times and is bound by the Terms and Conditions on the child’s behalf. The authorised guardian must be at least 18 years old. Anyone 14 years and over are welcome to play without a guardian. Rooms are suitable only for children aged 8 and above (with the exception of limited edition children specific rooms as advertised from time to time) and therefore children under the age of 8 years are not able to participate.
Video Surveillance: You consent to the use of video surveillance for the use of assistance within the experience, safety instructions or to make claims when necessary of damages to the property or facilities of Lock and Roll Escape Rooms.
Promotional photos: Please tell our staff if you do not wish for pictures taken (with your consent) to be used in any advertising or social media platform.
Mobile Phones: Mobile phones or filming must not be used while partaking in the experience.
